We do not accept returns on courses, products or books unless the material is damaged or defective. Replacements will be issued on damaged or defective items when the damaged item is returned. The buyer is always responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning a product, as well as any insurance. All streaming videos are non-refundable and are available for 1 entire year after purchase date. Exams for all courses are available for one year after purchase date unless specifically noted otherwise (example – practice tests are only available for 6 months).
