The buyer is always responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning a product, as well as any insurance. Liveconferences.com will not reimburse any customer for the shipping cost of a returned product.
All streaming videos are non-refundable and are available for 1 entire year after purchase date. Exams for all courses are available for one year after purchase date unless specifically noted otherwise (example – practice tests are only available for 6 months).
